Banner Health – Casa Grande CT Replacement

The project entails a 474 SF tenant improvement for a CT scan and control room to accommodate a new CT device. Scope includes demolition and reconstruction of a lead-lined wall, relocation of an exterior door and lead-lined interior door, and installation of finishes. Mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and structural modifications are included to support the new equipment, ensuring the space meets functional and operational requirements.
