Imaging Remodel

The 5,849 SF La Quinta Imaging Center transformed first-floor space within an existing medical office building into a comprehensive OSHPD-3 outpatient diagnostic and physician facility. The advanced imaging suite incorporated dedicated MRI, CT, X-ray, ultrasound, and bone density rooms, including specialized HVAC serving the MRI equipment and controls.

An adjoining physician suite provided five exam rooms, consultation spaces, patient waiting, and records support. When the imaging equipment manufacturer offered an installation date one month earlier than anticipated, the team strategically accelerated construction and equipment coordination to accommodate the revised milestone at no additional cost to the owner.
