HonorHealth – Sonoran Crossing Ambulatory Surgery Center

The HonorHealth Ambulatory Surgical Center tenant improvement project involved the transformation of a long-vacant space into a cutting-edge surgical facility on the first floor of an occupied three-story Ambulatory Care Building. Spanning 15,085 SF, the project delivered three state-of-the-art operating rooms, three endoscopy rooms, and an 18-bay Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), complete with a nurse’s station and custom millwork in the break area. Designed to enhance efficiency and patient care, the ASC was developed with seamless integration into the active medical environment.
