Ivy Brain – 5th Floor Build-Out

The project involves design and construction of a 10,390 SF interior build-out on the 5th floor of a 5-story building. Scope includes a reception area, exam rooms, laboratory, medical assistant station, clean room, offices, break room, restroom, and storage. Additionally, minor renovations are planned for the 4th floor. The building is currently unoccupied, providing an optimal environment for efficient project execution.
