North Las Vegas Medical Health Center

Designed as a one-stop healthcare destination for Culinary Health Fund participants and their families, the North Las Vegas Culinary Health Center – Craig delivers comprehensive medical services within a 97,953 SF, two-story facility on a 10-acre campus. Delivered through Integrated Project Delivery (IPD), the project brings primary and complex care, dental, diagnostic imaging, physical therapy, pharmacy and other specialty services together in a hospitality-inspired environment.

The facility features approximately 60 exam and treatment rooms, a two-lane drive-through pharmacy, physical therapy gym, classrooms and administrative spaces. Distinctive architectural elements include ultra-high-performance concrete façade panels, expansive glazing, terrazzo flooring and the signature “DNA Screen,” a decorative metal skylight that casts patterned shadows across the entrance. Collaborative design and construction solutions generated approximately $1.5 million in project savings while maintaining the facility’s architectural and operational goals.
