Our success is built on relationships.
Our legacy and future are built on the foundation of trust that comes from focusing on strong relationships with our clients, partners, subcontractors, and family of employees.
By living out a company culture focused on strengthening relationships, all other metrics of success fall into place. These metrics include the providing services with no owner claims and never exceeding the GMP.
Vision/Mission & Core ValuesWe are a group of people who are good at and enjoy building, who have come together to form a unique company. Led by a team with a vision to be the premier employer and builder in our industry, our reputation allows us to attract and maintain a deep pool of exceptionally talented people.
Committed to live by our core values, PENTA has thrived through two market downturns. We have become a stronger, diverse organization who gives back to our employees, partners, and the communities where we live and work.
View our Leadership TeamIn the years that followed, the founding partners - Jeff Ehret, Ken Alber, and Blake Anderson - along with the rest of our team, have provided construction services on $11 billion worth of projects in multiple states.
View our History TimelineOver 90% of our contracts have been completed through an open book Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) or Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) format. Our story of successful projects spans a variety of market, such as hospitality, entertainment, gaming, healthcare, education, retail, commercial, industrial, Native American, mining, and public works. We accomplish these projects through our full range of construction and preconstruction services, including:
From our deep Vegas roots, we have grown strategically to best serve the needs of our clients. PENTA operates nationwide, with offices in Las Vegas, Phoenix, and Los Angeles.
View our locationsThe trust clients have in our ability to perform comes via an exceptional record of on-time delivery without ever exceeding a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). Performing at this level is in our DNA, and can be traced to our roots of constructing projects in one of the most demanding urban environments - the Las Vegas Strip. Applying our approach on the Strip to all of our projects has translated into success around country. This success is demonstrated by our performance record of providing services on nearly $10 Billion worth of construction without a single instance of Owner dispute - a record that continues to earn our clients' trust.
We build long-term relationships that result in high-quality, award-winning construction projects. This results from a cultural mindset of focusing on the bigger picture goal of making real connections with our clients, subcontractors, and employees. This focus on establishing relationships allows us to accomplish everyone's goals for the project and quickly resolve any challenges that arise.
Our long record of successful projects and satisfied clients is a testimony to a culture dedicated to teamwork. Our secret? We are a team player focused on solving problems. For us, teamwork comes from our commitment to working together to develop the best solution for each project. Through every phase, our leaderships focuses on fostering a true sense of ownership among all team members. The result is a cohesive team who has bought into the long-term good of the project.
As a General Contractor with the ability to self-perform much of our work, the depth of our construction expertise bridges a project's lifecycle. At the heart of our expertise are the qualified staff that make up our teams. PENTA's continually develops solutions for complex projects with unique challenges. The success of our operations team begins when our dedicated preconstruction team sets each project on a path to success. The full-project modeling tools of our in-house Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) department support the efforts of all teams to provide the best outcome for our clients.
Our approach to building relationships includes a commitment to accountability. This commitment includes our quality of work, job-site safety, and fair treatment of all project team members. It also includes transparency with bidding, providing cost reports and subcontracts, and managing purchase orders. Every billing statement is based on documented pricing from our job cost database, and reinforced by clear invoices and labor reports.
The project consists of an approximately 7,000 GSF ground-up new Alumni Center building to serve as a welcoming campus portal that inspires, facilitates and sustains alumni interaction by providing a one-of-a kind special event and gathering space for the Campus and Community.
As the symbolic home for all Alumni returning to campus, this building will provide a welcoming space to socialize and continue friendships formed at the University, and showcase 49er memorabilia. Current students and alumni will have a central location on campus to promote career development, networking, mentoring and employment opportunities, creating an inspired venue for learning, engagement and entrepreneurial activities.
The Durango Health Center was developed using the IPD delivery system where the Owner, Designers and Contractor all work together to develop the program while providing the best value for the project.
This is the first of four buildings this team will be building using an IPD delivery, creating an overall masterplan development of approximately $300M located in strategic locations around the Las Vegas Valley.
The facility provides 90,000 SF of mixed-use medical services, including primary care, a Musculoskeletal Program, dental health services, and will feature a Diabetes Center of Excellence, pharmacy, and contain educational/multi-purpose space.
