The project consists of an approximately 7,000 GSF ground-up new Alumni Center building to serve as a welcoming campus portal that inspires, facilitates and sustains alumni interaction by providing a one-of-a kind special event and gathering space for the Campus and Community.
As the symbolic home for all Alumni returning to campus, this building will provide a welcoming space to socialize and continue friendships formed at the University, and showcase 49er memorabilia. Current students and alumni will have a central location on campus to promote career development, networking, mentoring and employment opportunities, creating an inspired venue for learning, engagement and entrepreneurial activities.
The Durango Health Center is being developed using the IPD delivery system where the Owner, Designers and Contractor all work together to develop the program while providing the best value for the project.
This is the first of four buildings this team will be building using an IPD delivery, creating an overall masterplan development of approximately $300M located in strategic locations around the Las Vegas Valley.
The facility will provide 90,000 SF of mixed-use medical services, including primary care, a Musculoskeletal Program, dental health services, and will feature a Diabetes Center of Excellence, pharmacy, and contain educational/multipurpose space.
