PENTA’s internship program is about more than just a summer of experience; it’s where we find the future leaders of our company. Through hands-on projects, mentorship, and educational opportunities, our program bridges the gap between being a student and becoming a professional, giving you the skills to successfully transition into a career that’s as challenging as it is rewarding.

Giving to the Next Generation
The PENTA CARES Foundation is our company’s charitable organization, dedicated to strengthening the communities where we live and work. Since 2009, we have invested over $700,000 in the next generation of builders, helping students turn their passion for construction into a career.
Investing in Your Future
We provide three annual scholarships of $5,000 to $20,000 to students pursuing degrees in a construction-related field, along with a paid summer internship at one of our regional offices.
Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for the PENTA CARES scholarship, applicants should meet the following criteria: Education: High school senior or college freshman with a 3.0 GPA or higher. Location: Attend (or plan to attend) UNLV or an accredited university in Arizona or Southern California. Major: Pursue a degree in Construction Management, Civil/Construction Engineering, or a related field. Internship: Be willing to complete at least one paid summer internship with PENTA in Las Vegas, Phoenix, or Southern California.
