Safety at Our Core
Safety is a shared responsibility and a defining value of how we operate, evidenced by an industry-leading track record of 16 years (and counting) with only one lost-time injury.
This is not a coincidence; it is the result of consistent leadership, accountability at every level, and no corners cut, ever. From field teams to executive leadership, safety is embedded into daily decision-making, creating an environment where the industry’s best builders do their best work. Our commitment to safety is why clients trust us with their most complex projects and why our people come home safe, every single day.
Leaders in Safety Advocacy
PENTA believes safety leadership extends beyond our own job sites. Each year, we host Annual Safety Kick-Off events in Nevada, Arizona, and California that bring together contractors, trade partners, and industry professionals to strengthen safety culture across the construction community. These events focus on sharing practices, identifying real-world hazards, educating teams, and recognizing trade partners who demonstrate exceptional safety performance. By leading these conversations, we work toward a safer industry for everyone, not just our own teams.
Commitment to Quality
Quality is a direct reflection of who we are and how we operate. At PENTA, every project represents the city it serves and the trust placed in us by our clients. With more than $12 billion in project experience and a workforce of hundreds, we bring the technical precision, operational discipline, and strategic foresight required for intricate, urban developments. Being a large scale construction company allows us to deliver some of the region’s most demanding projects, our approach remains personal and relationship-driven. We build with care, accountability, and the expectation to exceed what is promised — every time.
Safety Campaigns
Consistency Leads to Excellence
Every year, we launch a safety campaign across the Southwest that brings teams together to promote safe, people-first practices on every project.
