Mike supervises all key personnel in developing strategic start-up procedures, as well as the planning and execution of field work. He is heavily involved in the preconstruction process to smoothly transition projects to the field. Mike assumes ultimate responsibility for various projects and has completed several ground up facilities and dozens of large-scale logistically challenging projects across the country. He has served in a variety of roles including preconstruction, project management and field manager. Based on his relentless client focus during over 30 years of construction experience, he has earned the recognition and respect from clients, trade partners, and industry organizations.
